MiniSeq Control Software Overview
MiniSeq Control Software is pre-installed on the MiniSeq sequencing system. This system control software guides you through the steps to load the flow cell and reagents, and provides an overview of quality statistics that you can monitor as the run progresses.
This software includes multiple standardized data formats to ensure compatibility with downstream analysis and visualization tools.
During the run, MiniSeq Control Software performs the following tasks:
- Operates the flow cell stage and fluidics system
- Controls flow cell temperatures
- Captures images of clusters on the flow cell
