Product Highlights

In addition to diluting denatured libraries and the PhiX control library, HT1 Buffer is also used to dilute custom primers before adding to the cluster cartridge. Make sure that the cluster cartridge is thawed and inspected before proceeding.

To prepare HT1, first thaw the hybridization buffer, then chill it until ready for use. The process is as follows: Remove the tube of HT1 from -15°C to -25°C storage and set aside at room temperature to thaw. When thawed, store at 2°C to 8°C until you are ready to dilute denatured libraries.
