Details

Sequencing-based spatial analysis allows the molecular characterization of single cells within the tumor tissue microenvironment. It adds spatial resolution to the molecular information, thereby allowing a further understanding of the relationship between a cell's genomic/transcriptomic profile and its morphology and interaction with the local environment. In this webinar, three great scientists —Ramanuj DasGupta (Genome Institute of Singapore), Shalev Itzkovit (Weizmann Institute of Science), and Tullia C. Bruno (University of Pittsburgh)—will tell us how the use of this technology helped them in understanding the influence of immune cells on cancer progression.
