NovaSeq X Series ordering
Advanced chemistry, optics, and informatics combine to deliver exceptional sequencing speed and data quality, outstanding throughput, and scalability.
Use these components in ATAC-Seq experiments to analyze chromatin accessibility.
Illumina Tagment DNA TDE1 Enzyme and Buffer Kits contain the Tagment DNA Enzyme (TDE1) and the Tagment DNA (TD) buffer previously included in the discontinued Nextera DNA library preparation kits. These reagents are used for numerous applications, such as ATAC-Seq and other custom protocols developed by Illumina customers.*
Illumina Tagment DNA TDE1 Enzyme and Buffer Kits come in two kit sizes to accommodate different custom protocols. The small kit contains 0.17 ml of enzyme and 1.24 ml of buffer, and the large kit contains 0.65 ml of enzyme and 2.48 ml of buffer.
*These protocols were not developed or validated by Illumina, therefore customers need to do their own validation.

Illumina Tagment DNA TDE1 Enzyme and Buffer Kits do not contain all the reagents needed to generate complete libraries compatible with Illumina sequencing systems. Other reagents, such as PCR master mixes, index primers, and purification beads must be purchased separately.
ATAC-Seq for chromatin accessibility analysis
ATAC-Seq is a widely used method that uses the hyperactive transposase Tn5 to assess chromatin accessibility.
