NextSeq 1000/2000 reagents leverage XLEAP-SBS chemistry to enable a wide range of applications.
Easy-to-use reagent cartridges deliver a streamlined workflow that reduces the chance for errors, lowers operating costs, improves recyclability, and minimizes waste. The fully-integrated cartridges include reagents, fluidics, and the waste holder, streamlining library loading and instrument use.
Simply prepare the reagent cartridge, insert the flow cell, load the library into the cartridge, and insert into the instrument.
Use XLEAP-SBS P1 reagents on both the NextSeq 1000 and NextSeq 2000 Systems. Maximum output: 60 Gb. Maximum single-end reads per run: 100M.
Use XLEAP-SBS P2 reagents on both the NextSeq 1000 and NextSeq 2000 Systems. Maximum output: 240 Gb. Maximum single-end reads per run: 400M.
Use XLEAP-SBS P3 reagents on the NextSeq 2000 System only. Maximum output: 360 Gb. Maximum single-end reads per run: 1.2B.
Use XLEAP-SBS P4 reagents on the NextSeq 2000 System only. Maximum output: 540 Gb. Maximum single-end reads per run: 1.8B.
The NextSeq 1000/2000 Index Primer Kit, Read Primer Kit, and Read and Index Primers are optional but required when both custom sequencing primers and Illumina primers are used in a run.*
PhiX Control v3 is recommended for all runs, but is optional for well-balanced library types.
*The XLEAP-SBS cartridge already contains the primers for Illumina DNA PCR-Free Prep, whereas the standard SBS cartridge does not.
