New Feature: Check Order Status Online
You can now check your order status online to get real-time access to your order details, shipments, and more. Follow these steps:
Easy access to order status anytime
Start by visiting Illumina.com. Then, click the icon at the top titled “Order Status.”
Expedite your order status
- Under the Check Order Status column, select “Sales Order Number” or “Purchase Order/Reference Number” from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the corresponding number in the second field.
- Next, enter the ZIP/postal code from the shipping address used for your order.
- Click “View Order Status”.
Get real-time order status updates
- On the Order Status page, you’ll see many details about your order, including order number, date, status, shipping address, purchase order number, as well as your real-time delivery date details.
- In addition, you’ll see tracking numbers for each order that has shipped

Get your order history and even more
Sign in to your MyIllumina account to see your order history and manage your orders, quotes, shipments, saved carts, and more. You can also sign in directly from the Order Status page.
